SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how Super Local LLC ("Super Local," "we," "us") uses text messaging. They are part of our Terms of Service and work alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Program name: Super Local LLC Updates
When you opt in, Super Local LLC will send you text messages about your heat map request and your account. These may include:
- Confirmation that we received your heat map request
- Notice that your heat map is ready
- Replies to questions you send us
- Scheduling for calls you request
- Service updates and reminders if you are a client, such as photo requests and report notices
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number, or by texting us first. We will never text you unless you have opted in.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. How to opt out and get help
You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

5. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers needed to deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and carriers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Messages sent on behalf of our clients
If you are a customer of one of our clients and receive a review request by text, that message is sent on behalf of that business, under that business's own registration. To stop those messages, reply STOP to them. The business that contacted you is responsible for its own messaging program.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
