Privacy Policy

Super Local LLC ("Super Local," "we," "us") provides Google Business Profile management and local search services to home service contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- When you request a free heat map: your trade, service area, first name, business name, email address, and, if you choose, your mobile phone number and SMS consent.
- When you become a client: your business contact details, billing information, Google Business Profile access, job photos you send us, and a list of your past customers so we can send review requests on your behalf.
- When you contact us by email, text, or phone: the content of those messages and calls. We tell you at the start of any call we record, and we only record with your agreement.
Information collected automatically:
- When you visit our website, our website and CRM platform may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page, using cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information:
- Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Run your heat map scan and send you the results
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Provide our services if you become a client, including profile optimization, Google posts, review requests, review replies, and monthly reports
- Send you service-related emails and, if you opted in, text messages
- Bill you for services
- Keep our records, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Your customers' information
When a client gives us a list of their past customers, we use that list only to send review requests on the client's behalf and for no other purpose. We do not market our own services to our clients' customers, and we do not sell or share those lists. The client is responsible for having the right to share their customers' contact information with us and for any consent required to contact those customers. A client can ask us to delete their customer list at any time.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Super Local LLC, we will send messages related to your heat map request and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers) is limited to what is necessary to send the messages you requested.
5. Email
If you request a heat map or become a client, we will email you about your request and our services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor every request.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work. These include:
- Our CRM, messaging, email, and payment platform
- Our business email and document provider
- Our Google Business Profile management and reporting software
- Contractors who help us deliver our services, under confidentiality obligations
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. If our business is transferred, this policy will continue to apply to the information we collected.
7. Third parties and your online activity
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies that collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work correctly if you do.
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, and our website does not currently respond to them.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep accurate business records, and meet legal and tax requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email
To make a request, email privacy@teamsuperlocal.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a request directing us not to sell your covered information by emailing privacy@teamsuperlocal.com.
Residents of other states may have additional rights under their state's laws. Contact us and we will honor any request as required by applicable law.
12. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Google
Super Local LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. When you give us access to your Google Business Profile, we use that access only to provide the services you signed up for. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account. Your profile always remains yours.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will notify clients by email.
